We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tretorn products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply ensure your items are in resalable condition with all tags attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
